What makes Snook Haven’s barbecue unique is that we smoke all our meats onsite in our in-house smoker. Each type of meat is prepared with its own special recipe! Out comes juicy, tender and flavorful meats. I won’t give away all our secrets, but here’s how long we smoke some of our most popular options:
Pulled Pork: Initially smoked for 2 hours at 250 degrees, then smoked for another 12 hours at 180 degrees.
Beef Brisket: Initially smoked for 2 hours at 250 degrees, then smoked for another 10 hours at 185 degrees.
Smoked-Fried Chicken Wings: Initially smoked for 1.5 hours at 250 degrees, then flash-fried to make them crispy.
Baby Back and Spare Ribs: Smoked for 3.5 hours at 250 degrees.
