What makes Snook Haven’s BBQ unique is that we smoke all our meats onsite in our in-house smoker. Each type of meat is prepared with its own special recipe! Out comes juicy, tender and flavorful smoked meats. We won’t give away all our secrets, but here’s how long we smoke some of our most popular options:
Pulled Pork: Initially smoked for 2 hours at 250 degrees, then smoked for another 12 hours at 180 degrees.
Beef Brisket: Initially smoked for 2 hours at 250 degrees, then smoked for another 10 hours at 185 degrees.
Smoked-Fried Chicken Wings: Initially smoked for 1.5 hours at 250 degrees, then flash-fried to make them crispy.
Baby Back and Spare Ribs: Smoked for 3.5 hours at 250 degrees.
